Rumor: Bioware Secretly Working On New "AAA" IP?
Bioware has made its presence felt amongst role-playing fans everywhere, many of whom are anxiously anticipating Dragon Age: Origins this fall. Therefore, it's only good news if the talented developer is indeed working on an all-new IP.
According to a former employee's resume - as spotted by the Superannuation blog - Bioware is currently in the process of creating a brand new next-gen game. This ex-employee in question worked as the "Principle Lead Designer" of "an unannounced 'AAA' project," which certainly sounds intriguing to us. As for the work this anonymous ex-Bioware member did during his term there: "Responsibilities include[d] the creation of a new IP and managing a team of designers, writers and level designers." Well, that's pretty straightforward, isn't it? The only question now is, what might Bioware be preparing for their loyal followers? Will it be another RPG? Will it be something else entirely? Well, here's hoping they come forward with the unveiling before too long; one can bet that plenty of speculation and discussion will surround this rumor, and things could get out of hand. All we want is an official statement; you guys can talk all you want, but as journalists, we want the final word from Bioware themselves. It's only proper. 'cough'
Of course, we'll let you know as soon as this happens. In the meantime, it's enough to know that we can all look forward to another quality Bioware production...provided they actually bring it to the PlayStation 3.

Saying this, it is pretty evident they are a good developer, the do release quality; and sales evidence suggests that discerning gamers of today know what is "AAA' i would think.
