Megan Fox Is A "Bad-Ass" At "Anything Mortal Kombat"
Actress Megan Fox has a fitting last name and a very full purse, which will certainly swell after her new movie, "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," rakes in big bucks starting this week.
At one point, she was rumored to star as the new Lara Croft in another "Tomb Raider" movie but while that didn't pan out, the girl that snagged every teen male's heart a few years ago still loves her video games. Featured in the latest episode of What They Play, we learn that Fox is big into Mortal Kombat, and she also has enjoyed playing the likes of Viva Pinata and the LEGO-based titles as well. ...wait, a hot chick who plays MK? You know, I don't remember girls like this standing around at the arcades when I was younger. Things have changed and my generation so missed the boat. Said Fox when asked what game she's "bad-ass" at:
"Anything Mortal Kombat. I have that down and I don't cheat. That game just works well with my brain. The way my brain fires signals works well with how that game works. And I'm just really good."
And if you think this is all in the past, think again: Fox said she definitely played the latest MK (Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe), and she wasn't a big fan of Superman. According to her, his "combos were so weird." Feel free to read more of the interview at the previous link, but I would just like to add that my generation feels ripped off. Back in my day, we didn't have any hot girls interested in video games. Like, none. In fact, very few females at all. And if you wanted to attract a female, you had to hide your love of games. And now, things have all changed and stuff...and...yeah, you know what?

And athletes. Specifically tennis players. There's a long list of tennis players I would love to have dinner with: Zheng Jie, Caroline Wozniacki, Ana Ivanovic, Jelena Jankovic, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Maria Sharapova... just to name a few... :D

I wish her tennis weren't so spotty, though. Not that she couldn't kick my butt at it.
And yes, just dinner. A woman has to be more than hot and good at tennis to get into my bed. Do I deserve a thumbs down for that?

Anyways, Ben, yes, once again we are proving that we are long-lost siblings. :D
As for Kournikova... well, I like my tennis players to... you know... play tennis. She's pretty though, in a very normal way. I can say without hyperbole that I've dated women more attractive than her.

I would devour her in MK, and in person.
The only reason she always wins (if she even plays, she probably played it a few times like 10 years ago and that's the only hardcore game she remembers) is because any guy would let her win just to get some.

And the number of "girl gamer" threads/topics numbers...um...I dunno, like 3 this year. Your high-and-mighty, brooding artist persona is starting to piss me off if you want me to be brutally honest. I expect it to be nothing more than an affectation; hardly legitimate, IMO. That's why I can always predict your responses.
In short, you sound like a really unhappy individual. Not my fault if SOME people don't LIKE that all the time.

I think Ben was pretty clear that he only kept up the personal stories because people were clamoring for updates and he didn't mind stopping if it was detracting from the point of the site. The whole thing did start with gaming after all.

*Ahem*
As for hot girls playing MK, I used to work in an arcade form '95 to '01 that was at the nearest mall near me. Friday and Saturday nights were when the teens and younger twenty-somethings would come and hang out, especially during the summer.
When MK2 and MK3 were popular there would be a few attractive young women that would come out and play or watch their boyfriends play. I got to know a couple of them and would play them if they were around on my break.
I taught one how to use Kitana and Scorpion more effectively and the other I had fun time playing against. She was good with all the females and with Sub-Zero and Reptile.
So Ben I guess it just depends on where you live.

Off topic but unfortunately T2:ROTF was so disappointing, I liked the action but the story and comedy kinda sucked(especially the comedy) the movie never felt like a Transformers movie(the first one was off the chain!). I was so disappointed.

The thought of beautiful women playing the same games us gamers do seems to be a dream come true to some people, I personally would rather the girls stick to texting and looking good. Girls online in games only become a detraction and often time make the worst teamates.

And also that UltimaGuy is weird as hell idk what he is talking about with the past there was like no girls back then that were hot (im sure there were but im just saying) and that is no way to treat an admin. Ben makes good articles just cuz it wasnt about classic stuff or a clockwork orange doesnt mean you have to come and be an ass. and the readers asked for more updates on his little love thingy.
