Two New GTAIV DLC Episodes, GTAV In "Fiscal 2011"
See Full ImagePlayStation 3 owners are still miffed about not getting The Lost & Damned downloadable content for Grand Theft Auto IV, but here's hoping the next DLC batches will be PS3-bound.
As reported by GamesIndustry.biz, Take-Two and Rockstar should release two extra episodes for GTAIV in the fiscal year 2010, and the following fiscal year, we'll see Grand Theft Auto V. This information comes courtesy of analyst Todd Mitchell of Kaufman Bros. Equity Research, and he does say it's possible that the new DLC will come to both the PS3 and Xbox 360. In his quote, he says formats are "unsure" at this time, and he does expect to see GTAV hit during Take-Two's 2011 fiscal year, and believe it or not, there might be a new GTA for the aging PS2 as well. He says this is probably the "least likely" to happen of all his predictions, but he cites the many PSP GTA titles that have ended up on the PS2 in port form. Furthermore, in good news to investors, Kaufman Bros. have officially upgraded Take-Two to a "Buy" rating, simply because they believe the company isn't a one-franchise wonder anymore. Freshly announced Rockstar titles - like the PS3 exclusive, Agent - and other titles should really bolster Take-Two's position. This "solid lineup" means they don't have to rely so much on GTA, although you can bet the latter will remain lucrative.
Of course, any GTAV news will be gigantic but because it's so far off, we don't expect to see any rumors or speculation come around for a little while yet. But who knows?

ms had a 6 month exclusive deal with R*, just like fallout 3.
we will see LATD soon and ballad of tony soon.
as for the rest well R* have said theve got 3 DLC eps planned so we know theres atleast 1 TBA.
but i say screw the DLC worry about getting max payne and agency perfect.
than make GTAV BUT like san andreas or vice city.
make it more gang based like SA make your weapons upgradeable make the world bigger than SA make it that you can take team mates on a drive by.
make it that you have turf wars just like SA.
san andreas is by far the best one theve done, GTAV would be perfect like that.

Yup quite passionate, complete with club & all.
But since I've haven't seen the TL&TD gameplay,
I plead the 5th on anything that might be even remotely related between them & us.
All I can say is I didn't get my "Saint" nickname because I've been a saint, quite the opposite......

another SA styled game in vice city, with lots of motorcycles and jumps.
that was the best part of VC going to the maiabu club and racing to the jump at the bridge.
vice city and SA are the best of the series, its hard to seperate the 2 but i think VC was a little better.
take the gameplay of SA like having a gang turf wars and sh** upgradable weapons, in the vice city area.
and theres your perfect sandbox title.
and for the record i love saints row 2 its a cartoony styled game.
GTA takes itself to seriously SR is just a run arround and do what ever you want type of game, i hope they will do a SR3

if they were to come out with a new gta for the ps2 and we all do get backwards compatibility through firmware. ill be the second happiest person in the world.
