Castle Crashers Confirmed For PSN
Hardly anything stays exclusive this generation (although we're convinced thatgamecompany will only make PSN exclusives in the near future), and Castle Crashers is the latest to go multiplatform.
As evidenced by GameSpot, this former Xbox Live Arcade gem is now scheduled to debut on the PlayStation Network some time soon. If you're not familiar, this game embraces the age-old classic premise of knights chasing after damsels in distress. You will use teamwork, take advantage of some animal friends, and utilize all different types of weapons and magic to achieve your noble goal. Basically, it's a "Lite" action/RPG; you will gain experience and level up, and enhance base statistics like strength, defense, agility, and magic. You can play by yourself or cooperatively online, and it was one of the best-received downloadable titles on XBL when it first arrived. You can check out the video at GameSpot, and we're really hoping to get the full release details some time soon. It'll be another great addition to the PSN, and remember, you can really stock up on these downloadable titles if the $60 retail games are a daunting task. For anywhere between $4.99 and $19.99, you can nab plenty of super fun games, and you never have to leave your house! Not a bad setup, that.
We'll try and whip up a preview for you at some point here, and in the meantime, stay tuned for other PSN titles like Fat Princess.

Completely satirical of humanity and each episode has many great messages and thought provoking themes. Of course, its geniusly funny too...and thats saying something as i'm hard to please comedy wise. I like British comedy like Brass Eye, Jam or Alan Partridge.

As for buying it on PS3? I already have it on 360, but I only got 1 controller on 360 and 3 controllers on PS3. My friends all have 360's and thats all they play. Sadly, they believe the PS3 is crap and are stuck in the 2007 mindset that the PS3 has little to offer. Makes me so angry!!!!!
Anyways, if I play PS3 more than 360, is it worth getting this game again? Anyone have an opinion about what I should do? Just keep playing the 360 version and have friends bring round their 360 controllers? Or spend the extra 15 bucks and get it on PS3 as well?

But that's just my opinion. If you have three friends to play it with, then it doesn't really matter what you pay.
