Resonance Of Fate Hitting US And Europe Simultaneously
It's one of our most anticipated RPGs thus far, just 'cuz it kinda dispels the common myth that swords are more effective than guns.
But it also looks fantastic, and tri-Ace is a very competent RPG developer. Furthermore, according to VideoGamer, Sega has revealed that Resonance of Fate will enjoy a simultaneous release in the U.S. and Europe, although it'll unsurprisingly debut in Japan first. Said Sega Europe localization producer Jun Yoshino:
"America and Europe is the same release. Usually the European version comes a year after, let’s say the Japanese release. During the year, a lot of people are going to be like, well this is old news now. We’re going to be losing a lot of interest if there is such a long time as a year. We’ve scheduled it in so we can get it out as quick as possible."
Yoshino further said that Sega has been "working really hard" to shorten the gap between the Japanese and US/Euro releases; the Japanese launch is slated for some time later this year. Yoshino mentioned that the team has been putting in some "long hours" and the release gap between the regions "will be as small as possible." In fact, he says he "can't really think of another JRPG with as small a time gap as what we're doing." This is excellent news, even if you're not so psyched about Resonance of Fate; it could indicate a growing trend, and future JRPGs might be able to break the Japanese border a lot faster.
Stay tuned for a Western release date.

i dont understand why were waiting like 4 months for SE to record english voices for FFXIII than ship them to stores.
thats all they have to do its not like they have to change the whole bloody game.
same for bayonetta jappans getting it in october were not getting it till next year.
segas using the excuse to avoid other big titles.
well either thats BS.
or they havent been keeping in tune to the game delays there was like 10 in last week alone.
