Uncharted 2 Fortune Hunter Edition: Can't Buy, Must Win

Like what you see here? How much would you be willing to pay for this totally sweet Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Fortune Hunter Edition?

Well, it doesn't matter, 'cuz it ain't for sale. Freshly teased during the Spike Sneak Peeks PAX Panel by Naughty Dog's Amy Hennig, this bundle features "an exact in-game replica of the Phurba Dagger Artifact and stand, Collectible Art Book and Collector case autographed by Naughty Dog, plus a host of downloads." It's one of those packages that the true fans will absolutely pine for, and they probably could've gotten away with a hundred-dollar price tag on this one. But it seems only those who pay attention and get a little lucky will be able to score this bad boy; the only way to get it will be to win it. It seems you'll want to stick close to the PlayStation Blog for a chance, but there should be other ways of snagging this honest-to-goodness collectible. During the PAX event when it was announced, one lucky attendee found a red ticket under his seat, which obviously entitled him to one of these Fortune Hunter Editions. Well damn...good for him.

So anyway, stay tuned to learn how to get one of your own and we strongly suggest checking back every day; when the time comes, you won't want to be tardy to the party.

Damn that random man in a seat, damn you. A little off topic here, but, I just found these themes for the PSP, that changes the browser cursor too, its pretty cool, 1 for $1.49, or $3.00 for all three.Its small but really welcome and neat. Im sorry for the off-topicness. Just really excited for it, seems the PSP is taking the dynamic approach as well.

I'm just hoping they come out with a Special Edition to sell as well, they'd be fools not to, and I need that art book.

seriously...I'm an artist, it'd help with inspiration.

Edit: Ah, just looked at the responses on the PS Blog, they say they are NOT comming out with a CE that you can purchase, at all, wow.

I'm going to run over buildings, shimmy onto ledges, dodging from an attack helicopter, escape from a falling building and then I will search high and low for this "random-dude-with-the-red-ticket" and finish him off with a heavy combo earning myself a Platinum trophy and the the Fortune Hunter Edition in the process.
