Kristen Bell Returns To Voice Cast For Assassin's Creed II
We like it when talented voice actors enhance the overall appeal of a video game, and even though she didn't have a large role in the original Assassin's Creed, she didn't go unnoticed.
And now, as Joystiq reports, Kristen Bell has returned for the hotly anticipated sequel, set to launch in November. Bell, the extraordinarily cute and likable actress who portrayed the popular Veronica Mars character on TV, lent her voice to Lucy; the assistant in AC that helped operate the Animus device. Yeah, like we said, it wasn't exactly a huge role, but perhaps she came back to do something more worthy of her resume. We know she's Lucy again but we're thinking that character may have a larger role in Assassin's Creed II, especially because based on the ending of the first title (which we did not like), the designers have the possibility of extending Lucy's role. We're also wondering if there are other recognizable faces on the voice cast for this game; professional voice acting has become a hot commodity in the industry in this new generation, after all. There have been many fantastic titles that simply wouldn't be the experiences they were without that primo voiceover work.
But anyway, the point here is that Kristen Bell is back and we're happy. Veronica Mars won't mess it up...we promise.

You should definitely look out for the sequel though, from what I can gather they really listened to what people said they did and didnt like with the first one and massively improved on it - more weapons/variety in gameplay etc.

just 2 things i hope they change.
1 make the storyline easier to understand.
the storyline is so in depth and complicated its impossible to understand what the hell is going on and what everyone role is.
but i thought it had a brilliant ending, them coming to kill you and her trying to save your ass.
in fact i will go as far to say its the best ending to a video game i have seen this gen, after infamous of course.
who saw that last twist coming, i sure dident.
thats what i loved about infamous, the storyline was so simple and easy to understand but so in depth.
and it constantly had twists, thats what assassins creed 2 needs to be.
just because a storyline is in depth and complicated does not mean it has to be hard to understand.
