Amazon Starts Holiday Rush By Discounting The Best
Ten dollars may not seem like much of a savings, but it starts to pile up if you plan on making multiple purchases.
And considering the fact that Amazon has discounted many of the very best games of the fourth quarter - indeed, some are the best of the year - you should definitely take advantage of these relatively minor sales. If you mosey on over to Amazon, you will find some of the biggest titles of 2009 knocked down to $49.99 and for all you PlayStation 3 owners out there, three of the games are PS3 exclusives. Here's the list of new titles that now boast the retail price tag from last generation:
- Borderlands
- Brütal Legend
- Demon's Souls
- Tekken 6
- Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time
- Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
It doesn't get much better than the games shown here. Oh, and you can also nab Halo 3: ODST for only $47.99 so there's more than enough incentive to pounce on this opportunity. After all, most of you out there are gonna want to play at least a few of these games and although many of you already have, who has the time to play 'em all immediately? And besides, even if you're already up-to-date, we're willing to bet you know someone who might appreciate a nice holiday gift...and he or she doesn't need to know you got it on sale.

it feels like a completley different game, its more like war and less sunshine lollipops and rainbows hit the tops.
one thing i could never understand about halo 3, your at war for fu**s sake and its sunny, theres birds singing, are you at war, or in heaven?
theres no atmosphere in that game what so ever.

Now, I can only really afford one game, maybe two, so I am torn between the three remaining and COD:MW2 simply because all my buddies that now live 200 miles away in the bay area are going to be getting it and it's really the only interaction we have except the occasional weekend I make it down. What am I to do?

ill be honest though im playing through dragon age, and i must say bio ware has done a fantastic job! im already about 6 hours in and im loving every minute of it. the leveling is simple enough to make it quick and to the point but deep enough to keep eve the big rpg fans happy in my opinion!

I figured I would have enough shooters when CoD: MW2 comes out and that Borderlands would probably go on sell pretty soon. And low-and-behold, Amazon puts it on sell the following week. Good deal. I may get Brutal Legend instead though, lol.
