K-Mart Holiday Deals Include Bevy Of Great $39.99 Titles
Man, is it that time of year again? It seems like yet another year has just flown by, which means Black Friday is only weeks away...
Some of you are just plain insane and set your alarms for 4 a.m. or something absurd like that; it's a family tradition for some people, and if game shopping is on the agenda this year, we suggest hitting the local K-Mart. They'll be offering a veritable wealth of great deals on the day in question and you can peruse the full list over at GamerDeals. You're looking at an Xbox 360 holiday bundle that includes Halo 3: ODST for the price of $299 (you get the game for free, basically), plus many, many $20 savings off some of 2009's most popular titles. Snag the likes of DiRT 2, Need for Speed: SHIFT, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, Brutal Legend, Forza 3, and Left 4 Dead 2 for only $39.99! You can even find the Rock Band 2 Special Edition for the unbelievable price of $99.99; the original price tag is currently $159.99. With all these great games on store shelves, the key will be to get as many as possible for the cheapest possible price, and K-Mart certainly has you covered just after Thanksgiving.
But don't worry if you don't have any K-Marts around you; we'll continually be on the lookout for holiday deals from now through the end of the year, just to make things a little easier on your wallets. :)

I understand the confusion, though, because I could never wrap my brain around how a smaller chain store like K-mart, which was in bankruptcy, could buy a bigger chain of department stores once Kmart came out of bankruptcy.

I also just found out that Wal-Mart takes out "dead peasant" insurance policies on its workers that pay the company if one of its workers dies. The thing is, Wal-Mart keeps up the premiums on the policies AFTER the employees leave the company; so Wal-Mart even collects on its former employees deaths.
Wal-Mart has finally figured out how to monetize death. Sometimes I don't know which company I think is worse money-grubbing whores, Wal-Mart or M$ft.
Seriously, Google "dead peasant" insurance policies or go to deadpeasantinsurance dot com/which-employers-bought-policies-on-the-lives-of-employees/ .

i bought a few games from them back in the PS2 days and 1 or 2 ps3 games recently from them and the way they treat the disks is disgusting!
they open the games up so they can put them into the system, ive seen games sitting on the counter, no tissue or anything, just a disk rubbing against the counter.
than for storage they keep them inside the game manual so they can roll around.
well, go down to the video store and rent a 10 year old movie.
hold the disk under the light, and thats what my games looked like when i got them home.
and surprisingly they have not changed, i thought by now they would of pulled their finger out of their A$$ and sorted themselves out.
but i was wrong.

target do the same thing, thats why i buy every single one of my games from EB.
in the 3 years ive had my ps3 i have not scratched 1 game, not 1.
every game i buy comes wrapped so i know its brand spanking new.
they may not be cheap, but they do price match if you find a cheaper price elsewhere.
