Yakuza 3 Pre-Order Bonuses Detailed
Yakuza 3 has the unfortunate distinction of releasing right around the time God of War III hits store shelves in the US, but it's a very different game and well worth your attention.
It received rave reviews when it launched in Japan last year and the overwhelming consensus is that it's the best Yakuza to date. It's also the first entry on the PlayStation 3 and we're hoping many are excited for this GTA-like brawler with what should be an excellent storyline. If you're already convinced (or if you need extra incentive), the PlayStation Blog has lifted the lid on the pre-order bonuses. If you put your deposit down now, you'll get no less than 4 pieces of downloadable content along with your purchase in March. Gotta love gameplay additions!
- Battle for Survival – Take on all the bosses of Yakuza 3 as Kazuma
- All-Star Tournament (7 character tournament)
- All-Star Tag Tournament (8 team tournament)
- Haruka’s Request – This unique series of challenge missions will send you on a task of exploration throughout the entire Yakuza world, playing mini-games and entertaining Haruka.
If you want to pre-order at GameStop, you'll get yet another bonus, too; it's the Challenge Pack, which lets you enjoy some 2-player mini-games like Pool, Bowling, Darts and Golf. Oh, and you'll even get four alternate costumes for Kazuma, Haruka and Rikiya. If you're not quite sure of what to expect, read our review of Yakuza 2 and just anticipate something bigger and better.

It's out for ever after March 10th so again, if you have interest, support it.
As for subs, it caters to the atmosphere. You're in Tokyo after all! It doesn't make sense when everyone in Tokyo speaks fluent English....i prefer it with the original, far superior voice cast. See Yakuza 1's dubbing for how bad it was.

their certainly not doing themselves any favors by not releasing a demo, not to mention their releasing it in the busiest month of the year.
not to mention there is absolutley no hype for this game what so ever, i have not read a preview, review or even seen a gameplay trailer.
their certainly not marketing it well.
if it came out in late may or something when we normally have a drought it probably would of sold much better.

i so hope this is true, this puts 10 years of torture all worth it.
playing all those crappy ps2 games and wishing naughty dog kept it, all worth it if this comes true.
