European Gamers Invited To New Private Beta For Home
PlayStation Home Director Jack Buser said we can expect more improvements to the virtual social interaction service in 2010. Well, maybe they're already testing out some of the bigger ones.
It seems that some European gamers have received an invitation to take part in a new private beta test for Home. This according to several sources including European site PS3Hype, where we find a posted example of one of those invitation messages. The letter reads:
"Dear Beta Tester,
You have been invited to take part in the Private Beta for PlayStation®Home. You have been invited to take part in the Private Beta for PlayStation®Home.
This Beta is to test and obtain your feedback on changes that have been made based on suggestions by yourselves and members of the PS Home Community. Further information has come to light, too; the testers will participate in special Event Nights where they will apparently come together and test certain new features for Home. These two-hour events will take place on February 24 and March 2, although we have no idea what they might be sampling...perhaps the option to have customized music in our apartments? Or maybe those LCD TVs we've been hearing about? Your guess is as good as ours at this point, but at least it proves that new stuff is definitely in the works, as we were promised.
