TT Games And Warner Building More LEGOs Through 2016
Traveller's Tales - known now as TT Games - has always delivered solid, enjoyable LEGO-based video games. We hope you've had some fun with them in the past, because more will definitely be on the way.
Today, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group and LEGO Systems have announced their worldwide agreement with TT Games Publishing to continue with those cute LEGO games for multiple platforms through 2016. TT Games will operate as part of WBHEG and has already produced LEGO games based on popular franchises like "Star Wars," "Batman" and "Indiana Jones." All told, the LEGO series has managed to sell close to 50 million units worldwide, which is why Warner wants to see more of the same over the next six years. Said Kevin Tsujihara, president of WBHEG:
"The LEGO Group is a brilliant and trusted organization with an extremely loyal fan base. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to continue the successful partnership between this legendary company and the talented TT Games, which will enable us to further expand our slate of widely recognized, family-friendly games."
LEGO Digital vice president Henrik Taudorf Lorensen reinforced the desire to cater to imaginative children who wish to partake of a living, breathing LEGO world. He added that LEGO titles "take a distinctive approach to making games creative, social and non-violent, which makes them a valuable part of the broader LEGO experience." Well, we typically like these games, as do most people who give 'em a try. They're not the deepest or most finely honed titles in the world, but they always run well, and they're always great fun for two players. So we have no problem with seeing more LEGO goodness.

After that we'll see Lego Universe, an MMO for kids! (Being developed by NetDevil, but TT is giving them guidance)
I'd like to see:
Lego LOTR (one brick to rule them all)
Lego X-men

Imagine firing your Lego missile at an enemy Legofighter and that direct hit just caused all that LegoBlock debris to steam back down to Legoland.
But the enemy pilot ejected just before the "Ka-boom" & he pulled his ripcord releasing his Legochute.
He's captured by our Legotroops, but get's grazing wound in the process.
He's sent under military LegoMP guard to a LegoMash trauma unit, where the Legonurse wraps him up with 13 rolls of Legogauze.
BTW, we could even opt to trade him if one of our own Legosoldiers gets captured by our arch Legoenemy.
As for me, I just wanna fly a A-10 LegoWarthog Anti-Tank Buster and blow lots & lots of enemie's Legoshit right up!!!!.

and when i thought both series could not get more milked.
o wait, maybe a halo lego?
the only good thing about lego indiana jones 2 was the splitscreen tech it used.
if both players are close together its 1 screen, if they separate to a certain distance the screen slowly splits into 2.
BRILLIANT!
i here by make it illegal for any game to come out and not use this tech.
from 4/3/2010 every single video game by law is required to have split screen multiplayer and must use the tech found in lego indiana jones 2.
no, but seriously i wish such a law was real.
its despicable that every wii game ive played has it, every single 360 game ive played has it, the only ps3 games ive played that have it is again indiana jones 2, rainbow series, resistance 1 and sonic and sega all stars racing.
5 games, 5 out of the hundreds that i have played.
pathetic!

Lego Star Trek : The Next Generation (includes movies)
Lego Star Trek : Deep Space Nine
Lego Star Trek : Voyager
That should be enough to keep them going, and there are enough Trekkies in the world to make all these titles profitable.
