Flower Developer Announces New Downloadable Project
Although it wasn't part of Sony's E3 press conference, the good news is that at least thatgamecompany's new title has been revealed.
The same team that delivered flOw and Flower has announced their newest downloadable project for the PlayStation Network; it's known as Journey and sounds - as expected - very, very intriguing. They describe it as "an exotic adventure with a more serious tone" (apparently in comparison to Flower), and one that utilizes a "new online adventure experience." You will awake in a foreign land and then you must walk, glide and even fly through a variety of awe-inspiring locales, all the while learning about some of the world's ancient lore. You can explore this unique environment either by yourself or with friends; when online, you'll cross paths with other players and have the option of teaming up. In doing so, you'll make all sorts of discoveries when traversing the diverse atmosphere and although we don't have any screens or videos yet, we can't wait to see it. This is one studio that has our undivided attention when it comes to new games. They've proven themselves twice over.
Now that it has been announced, we'll be on the vigilant lookout for any possible footage so stay tuned. Prepare to take a Journey some time next year.

But, I really hope that they'll actually put together a disc-based package deal on all their games later on, cause I'd love to have those games sitting up there proudly on the shelf, right in with the rest of my PS3 collection.
But if not, they'll probably be 1 of the very few digital-only based games I ever buy.

You persisted in calling it a game, so I decided to go with your terminology for the sake of some common ground in the discussion. Picking at the choice in terms does not alter the fact that you not liking Flower does not make it any less of a product (game, interactive experience or otherwise). Does it?

I am sorry.
P.S. I didn't like Flow much either.
