Sony Provides Dates For Move-Compatible Titles
The PlayStation Move will be out this September, which means you're going to need to know all about the Move-compatible games.
Sony has released a list of all currently known Move titles; some of which are designed specifically for the new motion-sensing technology, while others will simply feature the extra compatibility. The latter category includes the likes of Heavy Rain: Move Edition, LittleBigPlanet 2, SOCOM 4 and NBA 2K11. But perhaps what is most important is the list of games that will be available the month Move hits store shelves, and it's a goodly assortment of potentially innovative experiences; all of the following are set for September 2010:
- Sports Champions
- Eye Pet
- Kung Fu Rider
- Start the Party!
- echochrome 2 (PSN)
- Tumble (PSN)
- Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 11 (Electronic Arts)
- Toy Story 3: The Video Game (Disney Interactive Studios)
- The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest (WB Games Inc.)
- Brunswick Pro Bowling (Crave)
- Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition (Capcom)
- Time Crisis: Razing Storm (Bandai Namco)
- R.U.S.E. (Ubisoft)
Remember, first-party Move titles will hold a price tag of $39.99 and as a refresher, you can nab the controller by itself for $49.99 or if you need the entire package (including the PlayStation Eye and Sports Champions), that'll cost you $99.99. Feel free to peruse the rest of the list through the link above; the likes of The Fight: Lights Out, Sly Collection, SOCOM 4, Sorcery, Heroes on the Move, and Killzone 3 were all featured at Sony's conference yesterday.
Although I'm not the biggest fan of motion-sensing, admittedly, Move had a great show.

I know they're not hitting on that point in order to sell more moves, but I think they should point it out, because I think that would help ppl who are worried about buying a bunch of controllers.

I'm kinda glad I haven't managed to get heavy rain yet because I want to try it with move and see how it works, which I plan to do in october when it is ready.
I may actually get KZ3, as impressive as killzone has always been, shooters aren't my thing, but move makes me interested in trying it.
The game that has been shown so far that I am most interested in tho is sorcery, that is the kind of game I was hoping to get with move, I hope more rpg like titles come out for it pretty quickly, I'd be stoked.

I know the Move will be way better then the Wii num chucks the controles suck the pointing at just the right spot and the slowness of it too plus with the horrable graphics it all gets very boring and very anoying.
The PLaystation has this holiday season coverd as well!!!

So before anyone worries that Kinect has voice and move doesn't - oh yes it does.
One other thing I noticed was that Eyepet is coming to the PSP as well as the PS3. For that to happen, the camera has to come to the PSP too. Something that was hidden among the various demo videos and I didn't hear announced, but it's there. You can take your eyepet wherever you go.
Nice.
