PSM3 Teases "Mystery Reveal" For Dead Space 2
We're really lovin' the look of Dead Space 2, which is why we'll be interested to hear about this "mystery exclusive" reveal...
Apparently, PSM3 magazine has a special secret concerning Visceral's highly anticipated sequel; this from a page in the magazine that also includes the phrase, "PSM3 braves the Church of Unitology." If you didn't already know, the Church of Unitology is part of Dead Space 2 and although that doesn't really tell us anything, it might be a safe bet to assume that this "mystery reveal" will involve multiplayer. Then again, this might be a serious dud; if we remember correctly, the last time this particular publication teased a "huge announcement" related to Dead Space 2, we only got the box art. But then again, we might get something pretty darn important. Perhaps it might concern platform-exclusive content for the PlayStation 3 version of the game; you may remember the special edition of Dante's Inferno that was actually the standard edition for the PS3. EA Redwood handled that game but EA is ultimately in charge of both Inferno and Dead Space 2, so...
Just doing a bit of spitballing based on recent history, that's all. Anybody else have any bright ideas?

And the DI:Divine Edition was only in the US. Not cool. Also, I don't like the DS2 box art. Feels so uninspired compared to the original.
As for this reveal. I imagine it'll be detailing multiplayer. If it's something important to the single player though, colour me interested. I like EA. They seem to have sided with Sony, like Sega. While Microsoft has Activision and Square-Enix. So it goes.
Peace.

Sony pays for exclusive DLC that the user gets for free. Examples would include the Joker Challenge Rooms for Batman: Arkham Asylum. Dante's Inferno: Divine Edition. Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition (Which has all of the DLC on the disk unlike the 360 version). And now Dead Space 2 and Metal of Honor.
I think Sony's free exclusive DLC easily trumps the exclusive right to buy 5 crappy maps for $15 a month before others.
