Name That Track, Get A Spot In The Credits For GT5
Okay, so maybe you're no master programmer. But that doesn't mean you can't steal a place in what is guaranteed to be a lengthy credits list for Gran Turismo 5.
It must be quite the thrill to see your name up there as a member of any credit roll, so you might want to give it a shot. Head on over to the game's official site to get the scoop: what they want is a track title name (in English) for the music track heard in the recent E3 2010 trailer. So feel free to listen to the track, read the lyrics and send in your title suggestion; if your grand idea is selected, your name will be included in the "Special Thanks" section of the credits for GT5. Not bad, eh? Make sure to follow the rules regarding submission and entry because if you don't, you could be disqualified before Polyphony even bothers to review your idea. The deadline is July 25 and they will announce the winner within two weeks of that date; you don't have a heck of a lot of time, so make sure you get those creative juices pumping quickly. Oh, and if you're wondering who will be doing the judging...why, it'll be none other than series creator and producer Kazunori Yamauchi. We're wondering how many total submissions he's gonna have to wade through...
But hey, you don't have to do much to enter. Just think a bit and give it a try. Who knows?

Proposed Title: Your BPS (Beats Per Second) Is Decided By Your MPH (Miles Per Hour)
Name: Justin W. Morgan
Country: United States of America
Description of Title: A Simple metaphor of the mere fact your heart increases the same as your car does. As if to match the intensity of the experience, but yet slows reality down to control the chaos.

Oh well, guess they just go by the genre with the "most" fans in America.
Sadly punk is what every teenager in America goes for. That or hip hop.
Would have liked some metal or techno
GT1 had the best themes, pure techno greatness!

And I'm sorry Crow, Fuel is garbage.
I want old Metallica back! Gone are the days of ...And Justice for All.

You represent 99% of teenagers, right?
If I hated the US I wouldn't live here now would I?
Fuel's a great song, and most importantly if fits perfectly with racing.
@Jawk,
I've said that before. So yes we're actually on the same page when it comes to Metallica. Except that I actually like Fuel.

I'm not knocking punk rock, it happens to be my favorite genre of music i just think Flogging Molly are a beast of their own. When i think punk i think Bad Religion, NOFX, Propagandhi, The Vandels, Guttermouth, etc.

Just because some developer's like to reward us for watching the credit's by adding in maybe an extra cutscene or two, easter eggs, or other various goodies throughout their credits.
Or a even little mini-game or something else that's equally good for gamers, but only after all their credits are done.
