DiRT 3 Trailer Debuts On ESPN
DiRT 2The DiRT titles by Codemasters are excellent off-road racing games and we're expecting yet another impressive experience when the third iteration drops.
If you were watching the X Games on ESPN on Saturday night, you may have caught the very first look at DiRT 3. The trailer is below if you missed it; the action centers on the changing environments, obviously indicating the types of surfaces on which you'll have to race in the game. There's everything from rain to snow to good ol' dirt, but then there's that bit at the end where a tractor trailer blows up...not sure what that's about. It was a pretty cool stunt to wing back around underneath the busted trailer, though.
There's no doubt that DiRT 3 will be another highly accomplished off-roader, and we're going to be on the lookout for more info and details. By the way, is anyone reminded of the fake, fan-created Uncharted 3 logo when they look at the side of that car...? Or is it just me?

I've never played any of the dirt games and I didn't see any reviews for the previous ones when I followed the links and did a search, so if you're only slightly interested in off road racers is this this the series to get, is it better than motor storm?

If you haven't picked up Dirt 2, I highly recommend it. Dirt 3 is a First day pick up for me?
Now I will be playing three amazing racing games in 2011. Dirt 3, MotorStorm: Apocalypse and Gran Turismo 5.

just seems a little coincidental that the 3 green slashes on the side of the car are exactly the same as the ones in that logo.
anyway, im really looking forward to dirt i never got to play the sequel but i really enjoyed the original.
i remember playing ford rally championships on my old PC for hours on end when i was a kid.
