Ubisoft Officially Names And Details "Project Dust"
It was quite the intriguing trailer when it debuted at E3 and ever since, we've wanted to learn more about the game known only as "Project Dust."
Well, Ubisoft revealed the official name of this promising downloadable title at GamesCom this past week; it'll be called From Dust, and it's coming to the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Marketplace, and Steam some time in March. Although it appears as if the civilization in the game is comprised of ancient peoples, they have a mastery of nature's elements never before seen. They can move and mold just about everything around them, and it's a good thing, too, as natural disasters seem to be a very common occurrence. Basically, you will need to strategically maneuver nature's wrath so as to protect the citizens from all of Mother Nature's ills, and that sounds like a very cool and innovative concept.
The further we go in this generation, the bigger and more polished downloadable experiences can be. We're still a ways from a complete digital coup (which is good, in our opinion), but it's nice to see such originality out there; this game will most certainly get our attention simply for that sake alone. Now, the next trailer we see better have some gameplay...

why do the best games have to be download only?
shatter, fat princess, hamster ball, stardust HD, ecochrome, wipeout HD, pixle junk series, flower, all btilliant games i have yet to try because there download only.
when will developers learn there only shooting themselves in the foot by doing this?
perfect way to cut your customer base in half!
when will developers learn not everyone lives in japan with unlimited download usages???????
