Joe Danger "People's Patch" Made...For The People

Haven't played Joe Danger yet? You should be ashamed of yourself.

But maybe you just needed a bit more incentive. If that's the case, now's the time to make the purchase: as revealed by Hello Games over at the PlayStation Blog, not only have they provided you with a demo with "hours of gameplay" (available now), but they've also released what they're calling the "People Patch." Why? Because they say it "answers pretty much every piece of feedback" the developers have received thus far, so the fans should be very excited. It's completely free so if you already own the game, all you need to do is boot it up to get the update. Now, you can save, playback and upload your greatest stunts on YouTube, and enjoy new level-editing props and costumes. Here's a quick look at the added features:

  • Level sharing and more Levels
  • Replays and YouTube support
  • Custom soundtracks
  • More multiplayer levels
  • New level editing props
  • Costumes
  • Downloadable tours
  • Hidden stuff!
  • Lots more

The developers will also be showcasing the best user-created levels over at the game's official site; see if your creation gets selected! Joe Danger is one of the very best downloadable experiences of the generation and if this update isn't enough to convince you of a purchase...well, there's nothing else we can do.

I cant say about the other games but Scott Pilgrim is fantastic. Very solid old school style game.

personal taste I guess, but pilgrim is by far the more worthy purchase in my book.

i dont like it. 2 of my buddies love it. they like the xbox controller more. i do not. i prefer my sony made controllers. the back triggers are funky but if you get past that its about the same as the xbox controllers only with a better dpad on it. its the sony style dpad not that mess m$ calls a dpad. it also has a rapid fire button on it.

they picked them up at best buy and use them but they also do not play games anywhere as much as i do

I need to get this game but I'm far too busy with SC2 currently. I've heard the game is jam packed with goodies.

It is truly a great game. It can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be. It just depends if you want to get all of the challenges done on each level. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I often get stuck on a level for a long time while I try to 100 percent complete it.

P.S. I'm glad you will finally get to enjoy Mushroom Wars.

Looks like I'll be booting this up again this weekend. Haven't played in a while so with this patch it's sounds like a good time.
