Sony, QVC To Present Limited Edition Move Bundle Sunday
PlayStation Move will be on store shelves in a few weeks time, but if you want to be "more special" than other consumers, you gotta tune into QVC.
That's right; Sony Computer Entertainment America and QVC have announced the following: on Sunday, September 12 at midnight, 10 a.m., and 7 p.m. (ET), QVC will sell a Limited Edition PlayStation Move package. It will be the day's Special Value, and this awesome bundle will cost you "approximately $599.99" (not sure what the "approximately" means), but look what you'll receive:
PS3™ Sports Champions™ Move Bundle -- everything a consumer needs to get started with PS3 and PlayStation Move (320GB PS3 system, PlayStation Move motion controller, PlayStation Eye Camera, Sports Champions game, PlayStation Move game demo disc.
PlayStation Move Power Pack -- featuring accessories to enhance the gameplay experience for Sports Champions (1 Archery Bow, 1 Sword, 1 Shield, 2 Table Tennis Paddles, a Bocce/Volleyball/Disc-Golf accessory, 2 Silicon Skins for the motion controller, and 2 Wrist Straps).
PS3 Starter Gaming Bundle -- including accessories for the PS3 system (Blu-ray Remote, PS3 system Slim Stand, HDMI Cable, 2 Silicon Skins for the DUALSHOCK® 3 controller, and a System Bag).
Bonus Software -- Ratchet & Clank® Future: Tools of Destruction game and Surf's Up Blu-ray movie.
Uh...could you possibly need anything else? It'll be available on QVC or at 1-800-345-1515, "while supplies last," and that isn't all. QVC will be presenting their first-ever New York Fashion Week pop-up shop in Rockefeller Center on Sunday as well, and Move will be on display. For the record, Move will be in regular stores on September 19 but if you just can't wait, and the above bundle sounds totally awesome - and it is - than get ready to pony up the cash this weekend.

You should never stand your consoles on their side, cause if the slim is anything like the fatties, the stand will block off some of the airflow vents. And if your PS3 start to overheat, then all that melting solder will run down the motherboard causing even way more damage than just to that original area where it actually puddled.
I don't know but it just seems common sense to me, so that's why I got rid of all my console's stands & I have all my consoles sitting flat, but elevated with a 2 inch tall block on each corner.
And keep your PS3 clean & in a well ventilated spot.
