All of you who remember the ol' NBA days with a certain fondness, get ready to salivate.

NBA Jam is on the way, and it wouldn't be Jam without the best of the best...and that includes the best in NBA history, not merely the best of the past few years. Now, there are some spoilers through the following link - if you really don't want to know about the game's "boss fights," for instance - but for all the unlockable characters, visit Kotaku. The list not only tells you who you can unlock, but how to unlock them: for instance, you can nab both Chris Mullin and Tim Hardaway by beating the Pacific Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign, you can get Danny Manning (the Grand Scorer) by scoring 1,000 points, and you can even unlock Dr. J by performing 10 successful ally-oops. Then there are the "bosses." There's Dwayne Wade (beat the Miami Heat Gold Challenge in Remix Tour), Larry Bird (beat the Boston Celtics Gold Challenge in Remix Tour), and others. Who misses the '80s and '90s in the NBA? Who's seriously considering NBA 2K11 just because Jordan is in it?

Yep, NBA Jam is for the fun-loving b-ball fan in all of us, especially those of us who remember the good ol' arcade days.
