Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Anniversary Event This Weekend
If you're a fan of the Uncharted 2 online play, you can't afford to miss this super huge anniversary event.
In celebration of the stellar game's one-year anniversary, Naughty Dog will be holding a 24-hour online multiplayer event that starts on Saturday, October 16 - today, peeps - at 12:01 a.m. and runs through that entire day. The other details are gonna put a smile on your face: the developers will be running a special episode of "The Lab," which will boast a compilation of the most popular previous episodes (based on fan votes). The playlilst will rotate through different variations, including Plunder Pistols Only, Desert-5 Shootout, etc. and the maps used will be: The Plaza, The Sanctuary, The Temple, and The Train Wreck. But it gets better- they'll be lifting the cash cap on all playlists; no cash cap at all! And for that 24 hours, you'll earn 5 times the cash in all playlists, too. Lastly, you'll be able to equip an exclusive Anniversary Nathan Drake skin for multiplayer; if you play at least one match during the Anniversary Event, you'll keep it forever.
Uncharted 2 has super fun online multiplayer. You don't have to limit yourself to FPSs when going online, ya know.

It's a shame you're GS employee had the IQ of petrified driftwood(no offense to petrified driftwood).
I love my 2 closest local GS stores.
They always give me all the free swag they get, so I can add it to my collections.
Hell, Just last night, I stopped in to get a used PS3 copy of Operation Flashpoint:Dragon Rising, and they also threw in five 48-hour XBLfree Gold cards(they know I refuse to pay the $50 for what service Sony offers me free), a free Konami tribal-art designed Castlevania:LOS shirt, the die-cast car pack that came with the Ultimate Edition game "Split Second", 2 lanyards for GOW & Nintendo DSI, a Lego Rockband keychain that has a Lego block & a Lego figure attached, and last, but not least, a D/L card for the exclusive Flashback Map Pack(5 maps) for Gears Of War(which also has another secondary code to add 48 more hours to XBL Gold too.
Plus GS has just started a new 2-tier program called "Power Up Rewards" which also now adds points to your account every time you purchase anything(new or used) which can be redeemed later for free products & services.
They issued me the higher tiered Power Up "Pro" card cause I spend a couple thousand there quarterly when I on my major games hunt, grabbing 15 to 100 older used games at a time (per store, X 5 local stores) for my collections, plus all the consoles, hand-held's, and accessories I also buy.
And my 2 closest store have pumping up the PS3 like M$ doesn't even exist(even though M$ pays GS millions to keep the Xbox brand always in eye contact as soon as a customer walks in)
And my regular register guys don't have that same family name that's on a box of of Bisquick, thank goodness!

I'm with you. I don't have any problems with my local GameStops either, and I have six of them within 10 minutes of my house. I tend to frequent the one closest (two minutes) from my home for the majority of my purchases, which are in-line with the volume and dollar amount of your purchases. I'm as much of a collector as I am a gamer like you.
I especially hit the local GameStops hard during the B2G1 sales, such as the one this weekend.
Last Black Friday I must have bought something like 100 used games at GameStop's B2G1 sale and then hit up Toys R' Us' B2G1 sale on new games later that same day.
I did the same thing on Saturday since both GameStop and Toys R' Us were running their B2G1 sales this weekend.
I guess between the two of us we have the entire State of New Jersey covered with you in Southern NJ and me in Northern NJ, as well as parts of Philly (you) and NYC (where I work).
