New Resident Evil To Be Revealed At Spike VGAs?
See Full ImageWe'll see the unveiling of a previously unannounced title at the Spike VGAs on December 11 - followed by that mystery PS3 exclusive reveal on the 12th - and it seems one source has the VGA answer.
According to GamerZines, the unknown game will be a new Resident Evil iteration, possibly the one in the works at one-time SOCOM developer, Slant Six. The "Zombie Teaser" has a Biohazard symbol attached, so that's one piece of evidence and the second is the zombie silhouette they have circled in red in the teaser vid:
"Take a look at the second image, a print from a T-shirt which is part of the official Resident Evil merchandise. Same pose, same zombie. Not only that, but the other zombie that appears in the teaser is also on the shirt design, only facing the other way."
So yeah, if you put two and two together; i.e., the same zombie silhouettes from an official RE t-shirt appearing in a VGA teaser for a zombie-related game. We know Resident Evil 6 is in the works but there's that previously mentioned unconfirmed RE in development at Slant Six, so...hard to say what to expect at this point. But let's say, for the sake of argument, that it's a different type of Resident Evil; maybe a departure of some kind.
What might it be like...?

2) Decrease the speed of the enemies
3) Let them wield weapons like retards instead of like a normal dude
4) I want them to moan like they're hungry, not scream like a guy
5) WALK LIKE ZOMBIES.....no wait, more like PUT THE ZOMBIES BACK INTO THE GAME
6) Environment to be dark and scary, Demon's Souls is one of the better example AND IT'S NOT A HORROR GAME
They do all that and I'll buy it even if the game scores a 7 out of 10, there's no problem with the tank control, it is a horror game after all.
But RE5 took horror formula and mixed it with action.

But seriously, like everyone else says it's time to take this series back to its roots and make it scary. Take the characters off steroids (Or gimme new characters, these are played out) and come up with an actual story.

I'd love to read what ever you've posted in the treads so far, but when you have a big post like the one you made above & then keep it all compacted like that, it becomes hard on the eye & I'm sure a lot of other readers here will agree.

So next time I post ( from now on anyways ) ill try to remeber to do paragraphs and not get so excited about getting to share my views. And I understand how a big mess like my upper comment can be a stran on peoples eyes. I wear glasses to read and I wouldn't want to read a mess like that.
