New Conan Game In The Works
Conan the Barbarian wasn't a bad game but it didn't fare well on the sales charts.
Even so, you can't keep a good warrior down. Not only did the Cimmerian legend land his own MMO back in 2008 - Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures - but it seems we're in for another traditional adventure. This according to Paradox Entertainment, who has reported they're working on a new "Conan" installment. We don't have much in the way of concrete information and they can only say it'll show up "eventually," but at least we know it's in the works. Provided they build upon the foundation established in the 2007 title and add a fair amount of technical polish, it should be well worth the cost of admission. Of course, Conan has been entertaining action-loving audiences since Arnold Schwarzenegger beat the tar out of many a foe in 1982's "Conan the Barbarian." Also, you should probably know that actor Jason Momoa will take on the role in a new movie set to hit theaters next year; that one might be pretty intense. ...and you can bet both the game and movie will be bloody as hell.
Still, the action genre is plenty competitive these days, so Paradox needs to put their best foot forward. Cross your fingers.

P.S.: "The governator is the only one that can stop the Wikileaks." - How Green Was My Cactus. Absolutely brilliant radio show.
