Ubisoft Launches Official GRAW 2 Site
One of the newest - and most effective - promotional tools in the gaming industry is the Internet. Ubisoft is clearly well aware of that fact, as they've launched the offical website for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2, complete with wallpapers, screenshots, in-game footage, trailers, and basic media info.
One interesting feature of the site is the Developer's Diary, which is something GRAW fans definitely need to check out. Here, the game's developers chat about the major differences between the game's two very distinct locations (Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, Texas). There's a bit about how they went about designing the backdrops, and how important realism and detail was to their endeavor. This shouldn't surprise you, considering how well they did with the original GRAW.
This hot sequel is scheduled to release next month for both the Xbox 360 and PC, and the PS3 and PSP versions are also in development. Everybody's gonna get a chance to sample this military goodness!
