Great Best Buy Deal: Buy 2, Get 1 Free
See Full ImageIt's a tough couple of months from a financial standpoint, isn't it? Just this week alone, we get LittleBigPlanet 2 and Mass Effect 2 for the PS3, and next week, Dead Space 2 drops.
That's not to mention February, which includes Killzone 3 and Bulletstorm on the same freakin' day, just as one example of upcoming goodness. So in order to make things a little easier on your wallet, Best Buy has a good deal running: a reader has turned us onto their Buy 2, Get 1 Free deal, which should allow you to save a fair amount of cash. The rules are pretty simple; you can mix and match titles from Best Buy's available library of PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, PSP, and DS, and yeah you need to buy three. But provided the first two are $29.99 or more, the third is absolutely free. So in other words, if you wait until next week, you can nab LBP2, ME2 and DS2 for the price of two new games rather than three. Of course, if you're mixing and matching with older titles, just remember that the least expensive title will be the one that's free; shoppers have come to expect such a caveat, yes?
Anything to help us ease the pain of having to play all these great games in the first quarter. Some people are still suffering from holiday bills, ya know.

KZ3 has a very good chance to get GOTY, even with this years line up. bulletstorm on the other hand will be passed up by many.

1 its from epic games, there games always sell extremely well cough gears 2 2M in 2 days!
2 it has the gears 3 beta key, who does not want that?
O, as for KZ3 getting GOTY ill eat my hat if that happens!
RAGE, LA Noire, crysis 2, brink, XCom, gears 3. so many games that will be 1000 times better than KZ3!

It sucks becaus,e me now being in school, I could really use deals like that so as to get more bang for my buck as I need to carefully budget my dollars and cents. Though once I'm done I will be going on a game purchasing binge. :) But I digress.( I still really wish we could get those deals though )

While we can get LBP2 and ME2, DS2 doesn't come out until Jan 25, by which time the offer might have expired.
I want to get LBP2 CE, DS2 CE and ME2. Anyone know how I can use this offer to get all three?

anyways, theres still another good sale from kmart though. if you buy littlebigplanet 2 or mass effect 2 for ps3, you get 50% off another game priced at 59.99. the good part of this deal is that its goes up to 2/12 so dead space will be included. i dont know if collectors edition of littlebigplanet 2 is included though.
also, mass effect 2 will be on sale at kmart for 45 bucks on the week of 1/30. if the sales stacks, i'm planning to buy mass effect 2 for 45 bucks and get 50% off littlebigplanet 2.

JB have been selling games fairly cheap lately, i picked up darksiders, just cause 2, black ops, mirrors edge, bad company 2, batman AA, lost planet 2 and burnout paradise for 220 bucks!
not bad, each are normally 40 bucks and BO in EB, well there still charging 89 bucks for it!
EB are lucky they have their 7 day policy otherwise no one would shop there!
there a complete utter rip off!
