Sample The Single-Player Of Killzone 3 On February 15
February is all about Killzone 3, and there are three separate dates that should be marked on your calendar:
Firstly, the public multiplayer beta, which begins on February 2. If you weren't involved in the private beta last year, this will be your first look at Guerrilla's hotly anticipated sequel, and you'll also be able to verify our analysis. You're also well aware of the launch date for the game, which is February 22. But the third date falls right in between: as revealed at the PlayStation Blog, a single-player demo will hit the PlayStation Network on February 15. So you've got two weeks to fiddle around with the multiplayer, than you can try out a portion of the campaign, and the following week, you can just pick up the complete product. In other words, you could really spend a lot of time playing KZ3 next month, if you're so inclined. For our part, we're expecting nothing less than FPS brilliance but then again...who isn't?
Even if you're not really into shooters, you might get swept up in all the hype surrounding this game... At least try the demo.

For games that I KNOW I'm going to get on day 1, I typically don't play the demo....I don't know if I don't want to "ruin" anything or what it is. But games that I'm on the fence about I like to get into some demo action.
Can't wait for Killzone 3 to hit!

I will be defending Home in just over 12 hours as well for my jetpack and unlock points and I have decided to support The Total Game Integration fully by pre ordering as well. My only qualm is that I will have to purchase release day shipping. Now that would be quite a surprise if that was another bonus.
