Prince Of Persia And Splinter Cell Trilogies Confirmed
Gotta love high-definition remakes. We've already seen the God of War Collection and the Sly Cooper Collection, and we know the ICO & Shadow of the Colossus Collection is coming, too.
Ah, but there's more; two more to be precise, and both come from Ubisoft. The first is the previously confirmed Splinter Cell HD package for the PlayStation 3, which will feature the original title, Pandora Tomorrow, and Chaos Theory. This is great for PlayStation fans because the best versions of these games last generation were on the Xbox. Secondly, Ubisoft has just confirmed a long-running rumor- it's the Prince of Persia Trilogy and it'll be on store shelves at the same time as those Splinter Cell remakes. On March 22, both trilogies will be available for purchase in digital format on the PSN or in standard Blu-Ray format from brick-and-mortar stores. It'll boast both fantastic HD and 3D and both bundles will also feature 3D, all for the agreeable price of $39.99. That PoP box will include The Sands of Time, Warrior Within, and The Two Thrones.
Both of these trilogies should be well worth the cost of investment; we're talking about six great games in full high-definition, and you can nab 'em all for only $80. Not bad at all.

Meh, about Splinter Cell because I already have all of them though... :P
....What I really want Ubisoft to release now is their special exclusive PS3 edition of Conviction that has 8 player co-op, agents vs. mercenaries mode, Playstation exclusive suits, and a special Assassin outfit Sam Fisher can use.... which you have to get off Uplay :D

PoP collection released last november!
cant wait till the splinter cell collection releases though, massive fan of the originals, and by the looks of it stealth is not going back to the good old days so ill just have to stick to those.
i wish we could get new MGS, and new splinter cell games as true stealth games, as their predecessors were!
