Test Four Fighters In Yakuza 4 Demo
The latest Yakuza entry will hit store shelves on March 15, but if you want to sample before buying, a demo is headed your way, too.
Sega has announced that a demo for Yakuza 4 will arrive on the PlayStation Network on February 22. If you're a PlayStation Plus member, you can get your knuckles dirty on the mean streets of Kamurocho a week earlier (February 15). You'll be able to test out all four of the game's playable characters, which is great, because each boasts his own unique fighting style. When the game launched in Japan, it received plenty of critical acclaim and although Kazuma Kiryu is a confirmed bad-ass, it's great to have different characters.
Oh, and then there are the hostesses...
It's one of the most under-appreciated franchises on the PlayStation 3; no matter how many critics recommend a Yakuza title, it never seems to rake in big sales. Well, the heavy Japanese influence is a cultural barrier, we suppose, although the themes and concepts in these storylines are definitely universal.

Yakuza 2 had everything, hostess clubs, mahjong, shogi, bowling, golf course, batting cages, new city-osaka better story than yakuza 3,did u guys know u yourself can be a host.managing host clubs,In my opinion special moves in Yakuza 2 look much cooler in Yakuza 2 than Yakuza 3.
Yakuza 3 is just yakuza 2 with added fighting moves. The graphics are awesome for a ps2 game like GOW2.Only the camera is changed when running on the streets,if u change the camera and put it behind kiryu kazuma, yakuza 2 will become yakuza 3.
I really hope they release a HD collection Yakuza 1 and Yakuza 2 with Yakuza 1 having Japanese voices.
Kiryu Kazuma's face and Hair Style looked much more badass in Yakuza 1 and Yakuza 2.

So, before you go off about people complaining that things were missing from 3 maybe take a second to realise there is a following of these games and that that could be the reason for the complaints.
Then again I could be wrong and everyone one that ever complained about could have absolutely no point of reference to the series. Just my opinion though

I never played Yakuza 1 or 2. Yakuza 3 is the first time I ever heard of the series and the only reason I picked it up because it looked and played like Shenmue on Dreamcast (favorite Dreamcast game hands down)
Definitely dl'ing the demo and coppin the game...just wish Mine haven't died in Y3, so he could take Kazuma spot and be the hero in series :(
