Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Full Roster Trailer
Fans have had a long wait, but that wait is over.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is upon us and if you're a hardcore follower, you've already picked it up. But if you're a fighting fan and missed out on these great titles before, you might be intrigued by what Capcom has to offer: what they're calling the "best crossover ever." And if you're a Marvel fan, there's all the more reason to give it a try. Here's the final roster trailer-
It seems like the best of the best are included; Ryu, Wolverine, Morrigan, The Hulk, Chris, Deadpool, Dante, and more. This could very well be one of the best fighting casts ever assembled, and the possibilities are fantastic..."who would win...?" is the perfect theme for this one. Ready to throw down again?

Oh yeah, great to see they incorporated Michael Jackson AND Ryu/Ken into Deadpool! (He moonwalks and kinda jokingly does a nerfed version of their Shoryuken)....So glad this came out better than the Marvel vs Capcom 3 Mugen game.
They did an awesome job paying homage to each character with their alternative costumes! I just dont wanna pay for DLC for 2 characters (one of which I could care less about - Shuma Gorath) and a few costumes...WTF? Come on Capcom.
I also love the new "dash" button. Makes the fights more frentic (in a controlled fashion) and just altogether more enjoyable instead of either jumping to get to your opponent faster OR using the forward forward command to dash.
PS. Best openeing sequence to a fighting game to date. Beforehand, it was Super Street Fighter 4

Same goes for upcoming Mortal Kombat. I REALLY hope they keep The Krypt. The Krypt and Konquest were so much fun in the PS2 MK's.

Now new characters if they are cheap i would be okay with them has dlc...but costumes? that's just wrong! costumes should always be unlockables!

Costumes are just an aesthetic sort of thing anyway, and it's not like anyone's twisting anyone's arm to pay for them. They're also relatively cheap when broken down. If you buy them by the pack, they're .83 cents American per costume, which ISN'T anything but pocket change. If you wait to get the massive pack of all the costumes, it's even less. I buy 'em, 'cause they're fun and add variation when I play, but they don't change the gaming experience.
If you don't want them, don't want to pay for them... just don't. ::Shrug::

it's the same reason characters like Rogue and Gambit weren't chosen, they're not really relevant or popular in the comics anymore, whereas X-23 is a bit more relevant and Deadpool is the new Wolverine/Venom.

Pre-ordered the Special Edition from.... BEST BUY! They were the only ones with the pre-order available at the time. Anyway, I go to pick it up and guess what? They sold it to a walk in customer. They sold 4 copies at that. And had the audacity to say that there is nothing they could do. No attempt to obtain a copy or any offer to compensate me whatsoever.Talk about customer service. They failed and then failed once again by refusing to remedy the situation. i spoke to a manager and he said that I could just buy the regular version. Basically disregarding my pre-order altogether. WTF!
I decided to take the regular copy and forced them to allow me to return it for a full refund within 30 days. Get this, they wanted to use my pre-order receipt for it. I refused. That is my evidence that I will use to communicate with their corporate offices. Madness. They had one copy left in their inventory but would not release it to me. I told them that I can guarantee that I will be much more difficult than whatever customer had that copy on hold. That would have bought them time to at least figure out what to do but no they decided that I am the one who will not get the game. Anyway, I emailed an Regional Manager that I am familiar with and am awaiting a response. Wish me luck guys.

Anyway I got a response from the Eastern District manager an he will be looking into securing me a copy. The employees at the location will be reprimanded as well. Not just for the failure to secure the order but for the way they handled after as well. They really thought is would be over when I walked out of the store. Ill let you know what happens. Thank for the support.

Hey is a good game, solid 8.0-8.5 I'd say.. but M vs.C2 fans gonna hate this one at the beginning.
Hey I have a complain, no isn't about the roster (thx TGC)..but the crap Arcade mode..didn't they promise us this game was going to be a huge improvement plot wise? I didn't feel dat, Blazblue gonna remain like the best history on fighting games this gen.
Hell all fighting games should take Blazblue effort into putting a damn plot has a example to follow.

The changes they made to it helped the fluidity of the game and I'm wanting to learn as much as possible -- as well as forgetting several characters are in the game until I fight 'em -- where as in MvC2 I could barely be bothered to outstretch myself past my Iron Man, Cable and Iceman team unless I was trying to unlock the hideous amount of unlockable content. That was a chore and wasn't fun for me.

And I can't find any info on DocOck or Frank West being DLC from Shoryuken to Fight Gen, where did you read this from?

cant believe how long that game is, ive sunk 18 hours into it and im still not upto the part i was on my 360 which i think was about 3/4s of the way through.
have not done any of the character side missions either!
one thing i really wish they would add to ME3 is the RPG system from alpha protocol.
thats the blueprint for making the perfect RPG!
in ME2 your actions really never have consequences, the way you talk to people, your choice of words really never change what will happen.
for example when you go to the krogans home planet you find their leader who is trying to cure the disease.
whether your nice to him, mean to him, try to be diplomatic or threaten to kill him it ends in the same way.
in a massive firefight!
whats the point of giving me choices but have them effect nothing?
the game feels completley linear, it feels like no matter which decision i make, no matter what i say the end result will always be the same and that just ruins the whole game!
thats why i enjoyed alpha protocol so much, because it actually feels like you have changed the game.
every time you choose something it shows you the consequences, and shows you what would of been.
who you meet, what missions you get to play, what equipment you have access to, the ending.
EVERYTHING is changed by your choices.
but in ME2 it feels like nothing changes!
