Hot Pursuit Gets New Multiplayer, Hot New Cars Via DLC

Remember how Criterion continued to support Burnout Paradise? That game might've had the best DLC support ever.

Well, don't think they'll ignore Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. Three new content packs have been revealed for the popular racer; the first will release next week on February 22, the second will release on March 1, and the third a week after that. The first will add new multiplayer modes - Most Wanted and Arms Race - while the latter two will give us hot new Lamborghinis and Porsches. Here's the announcement trailer for all the packs:

Armed and Dangerous brings us those aforementioned modes; Most Wanted is an "open-world battle where the cops are out to bust a specific racer." Other racers must work to protect that targeted would-be victim, so this mode requires some teamwork. But in Arms Race, it's just the opposite; it's every man for himself as racers "use their full arsenal of weaponry on each other in ruthless races to the finish."

The second pack is Lamborghini Untamed (guess what that features) and the third is Porsche Unleashed. You're still racing, aren't you?
