Gundam Musou Trailer On Japanase Store
The more we hear about this new Gundam game, the more we start to think, "hey...could this actually be good?" And now, if we're really crafty and motivated, we might have to create a fake Japanese account to check out that Gundam Musou video recently posted up on the Japanese PlayStation Store.
Koei has the unfortunate distinction of giving us the worst game of the PS3's decidedly mediocre launch; Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire was a downright atrocious title that gave nobody here in the U.S. added incentive to purchase the PS3. But in Japan, that series is as popular as ever, which is probably why they're getting the Gundam Musou PS3 bundle and we're not.
But even so, we're gonna have to keep an eye on this one. It's not your typical Gundam mess of slow, clunky mechs, bland territories, and a horrid - and oftentimes indecipherable - stoyrline; no this one might actually be promising. They've described it as having a distinct Dynasty Warriors feel, which makes everything that much more intriguing...and if you have access to the Japanese PlayStation Store, you just have to log on and check out that trailer. Really, it might be well worth your time.
