Flashback Creator Working On Exclusive PSN Project

Okay, that's a really disturbing picture.

An all-new PSN-exclusive title has been announced: in development at VectorCell, it's called Amy, and it's the latest project by Flashback creator Paul Cuisset. Disease and natural disasters are ravaging the world in 2034 and the town of Silver City (Midwest, USA) has been affected by a recent comet impact. Lana regains consciousness and everything has gone out of control; she's in the midst of hell, and most everyone around her has been infected by some mysterious virus. Lana is hurt but she knows she has to escape, and a strange little girl named Amy "will force her to make choices that will change both their lives." The game is expected to arrive in the second quarter this year and we'll be interested to learn more about it; any fresh title exclusive to the Network gets our attention. We'll want to see some gameplay; that's for certain.

For now, we'll just overlook one of Cuisset's efforts...it was Shaq Fu. That one doesn't count. Amy will be much better.

Flashback...
No game had depth like that back then. I played it to death. Incredible atmosphere at the time.

His name alone makes me pay attention.

Flashback never got the recognition it deserved. I still have mine on the Genesis. Hated timing my jumps slightly early and falling to my death...That game had a lot to it..

I'll keep up with this new title..learn more about it..Sounds interesting at least

i never played flashback, but i can see its creator gets a lot of respect here. however, it's hard for me to get excited about a psn game. i'm more into full budget titles. maybe that's narrow minded of me, but i know this won't be a full budget game. i will await the reviews.

Flashback was ace. I too have trouble with budget titles since there's so many great big ones, but I'll keep an open mind.

This sounds awesome. First Alice: Madness Returns, then Catherine & now this. These are the kind of games i just love.

Definitely keeping a close eye on this.
