A Swarm Hits The PSN On March 22
Guess we'll all have to start checking Twitter as often as we check normal sources for release date announcements.
We're big fans of the PlayStation Network or more specifically, the titles that often act as fantastic little diversions. One of them might be Swarm, where we have to control a legion of bizarre little blue dudes, and hope that some will survive the gauntlet of dangers through which they must run. Developer Hothead Games is at the helm and we're hoping it'll be an addictive little action/puzzler. And if you were looking for a release date, it's right here: March 22 for the PSN and the following day for Xbox Live. Featuring an interesting combination of control and action, the idea is to collect valuable DNA and ensure that at least one of your fifty Swarmites still lives at the end of the day. Although it may sound familiar, they're saying you really haven't seen this type of gameplay mechanic before, so we're looking forward to it. Sounds cool.
Maybe the game will be nice and cheap, and be worthy of our time on a rainy afternoon.
