Edge, Schick Bring DLC To Three Top PS3 Exclusives

Sony has teamed up with Edge and Schick to help promote consumer knowledge of three of the best PlayStation 3 exclusives to date: Killzone 3, Gran Turismo 5, and inFamous 2. Okay, the latter isn't out yet, but we know it'll qualify. Anyway, as you'll see at the PlayStation Blog, there will be custom packages of Edge Shave Gel and Schick Quatro Titanium shavers designed specifically for gamers. They're not just depicting your favorite games; the products are contributing, too! You'll find an "on-package" code that you can enter at EdgeShave.com, and you'll receive one of the following:
- A Killzone 3 Retro Map Pack featuring two popular maps from Killzone 2 OR three Unlock Points to use on the weapon or ability of your choice
- A customized Chevy Camaro SS “Edge Special” for Gran Turismo 5
- A special “Sniper Blast” in-game power for inFAMOUS 2. The long-range blast has a narrow area of effect to better equip you to take-on the enemy when inFAMOUS 2 arrives in June.
Sniper Blast. Gimme. It's one heck of a creative promotion, and maybe we'll see more like it in the future. How about Uncharted 3: Drake's Fortune shampoo, or something?

I'd rather they just charge me $5 for the sniper blast power. Now if I want it I'm going to have to go out to the store and tear through the schick products hoping to find the razor that has the DLC I want. Then I'll just give that razor away to a friend who uses Schick razors that would have bought one anyway. Yeah, this is a great idea... *Slap*

I'm still hoping thought that eventually the dlc would be made available for purchase off the psn as I'd rather not spend $30 on shaving products to get some minor dlc.

You're a mature guy, right? Well, mature guys need to shave. And since only the coolest mature guys are also into video games, you'll need to get this here razor which comes with DLC!
Wait... you're also interested in the other DLC it has to offer? Well, boy are you in luck! As a cool, mature guy, I think I can safely assume you have a lady friend. But oh... so sad... that third DLC is just out of reach. I like these kinds of promos, and some Uncharted cologne/aftershave/shampoo kit would be wicked sweet!!!(esp if it came with some DLC)

Guess I'll be packing up my cheap dollar store 20 for $2 throw-away razors for a couple months.
I've already installed the KZ3 Retro map pack that came with my Helghast Edition, so I just need those 2 other GT5 & inFamous 2 DLC codes & I'm golden.
