Mass Effect 3 Set For November 10 In North America?
It's bound to be one of the year's biggest releases, and it might have a solidified release date...should you choose to believe retailers.
While Amazon and other major sources still have the December 31, 2011 placeholder date for Mass Effect 3, it seems two retailers (in different regions, mind you), have a more specific date: November 10. According to TheGameReviews, UK retailer Game says the next BioWare gem will be ready to go in November. That's a little more specific than the vague "holiday 2011" estimate the title officially holds. Intrigued by this, we contacted several local GameStops and found out that ME3 now has a November 10, 2011 launch date. That sounds plenty believable - even if it falls on a Thursday rather than a Tuesday - and it fits in nicely with that "holiday 2011" label. If true, PlayStation 3 owners have 9 days to complete Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, which arrives on November 1. ...gotta have a working schedule for the fall, you know.
So anyway, maybe we'll hear an official announcement this week. If we do, yet another blockbuster has a fixed 2011 date, so save your cash.

But there's plenty to do, the conversation system is really a step up, plenty of depth to customization (even without friends armor) and the fact that the narrative is very character oriented is a huge step forward for me. Every decision you make really does have an impact either right away or down the line.
Origins was more of a true fantasy epic, DAII is more of a study of the sociopolitical aspects of a city-state in a fantasy setting.

It is one of my favourite games of all time (most of which come from the PS1 RPG era).
A fantastic game. Well worth the 60+ hours I put into it. After I complete DA2 and Motorstorm:A, I will play through on Insanity - my only trophy left before platinum.

On topic: I can't wait for ME3. Loved 2. Couldn't put it down till I was done. I really wish Dragon Age 2 was up to quality level with Mass Effect. And I'm really irratated with all the go fetch this for me etc thing. I want to play the story not go fetch a piece of wood for someone.
