Dragon's Dogma Storyline, Characters
We have to admit...Capcom's new IP, Dragon's Dogma, looks awfully promising.
After being officially announced a few weeks back, the publisher has now revealed some new info and screenshots. According to PlayStation LifeStyle, Dragon's Dogma has been described as a "high fantasy" open-world action game, and there are some storyline basics, too: the hero sees his town go down in flames to a dragon, and he can't defeat said dragon when the attack comes. Nevertheless, he's asked to slay the beast after the disaster...why? Because the dragon literally "stole his heart," whatever that means. The screenshots also give us a glimpse of other characters, including Kina, a girl who grew up with the protagonist, Adaro (villager), King Edmond, and Queen Eleanor. We've often wondered if, based on the descriptions, this is like a combination of Devil May Cry and The Elder Scrolls...
And if that's an apt explanation, Dragon's Dogma should be quite an interesting - and potentially unique - adventure.

While that statement is true, you can't expect me to believe that every Capcom developer works on each single game Capcom puts out.
That just seems unrealistic and unresponsible. That's like telling me that the end credits on every Capcom game will be the same be it in my collections of Onimusha, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, and Megaman. While Capcom is responsible as a publisher of games, we've even seen that they are putting the development of games in other non-Capcom hands (i.e. Ninja Theory and Slant Six).
They put the games out (publish) yeah, but they don't always have their own or the same team "make" them.
