Lara Croft Loses Over-Sexed Self, Finds A Gritty Heroine
For a very long time, Lara Croft has been synonymous with the term "curvaceous heroine," and that's being rather polite. The premiere sex symbol for a good portion of the industry's history, Lara's chest rather than her personality or adventuring skills always stole the limelight.
But when Crystal Dynamics decided to reboot this franchise, they started with the overhaul of the main character. And as outlined in a new summary citing a feature preview in Edge magazine, Lara is now grittier, more anatomically correct and in general, more of a human; perhaps even a sympathetic character as she takes damage and becomes physically harmed. The developer say she isn't "that Teflon character anymore," which may or may not appeal to the long-time fans.
From a nearly invincible heroine with a pornstar look to a far more vulnerable woman with a more realistic body and a face that will show pain and suffering, Lara Croft is a very different character in the Tomb Raider reboot. But how will this affect our feelings about her when playing the game? Will we indeed be more connected to her? Or should they have stuck with the comical yet familiar formula?

I think read a line in there about how TR has been a victim of it's own success.
I say, bull crap. Just like how they don't need to re-boot Lara's image, they just need to make a real good high quality game to make the series more interesting.

Also, I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate for this, but I don't like oversized racks in women, especially on an action hero-type character. It gets my attention in ways I don't like. Don't get me wrong, I'm straight. I just rather have
more-normal ones that is seen in other games like Uncharted, or the FF series.

All though I know I was interested in the 3rd birthday for that very same reason,
Shame on me!
But sadly it didn't make it on the PS3. It actually sounded like a really good game. I would of liked too try it for the gameplay. But any ways Lora will be gorgeous no matter what. I'm excited for the re-boob, I mean re-boot.

She hasn't looked like a pornstar for quite awhile, and even then it was only in marketing. In the games she always had intellect and prowess and used them.
