L.A. Noire DLC Announced, Get Your Rockstar Pass Today
L.A. NoireL.A. Noire is a fantastic game and if you don't want it to end, publishers Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive have good news.
Today, downloadable content plans for the innovative detective thriller have been announced; starting today in North America and Europe, players can pick up the L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass, which is a fresh new way to pre-order DLC. For a limited time, you can grab this pass for only $10, and it'll give you access to all 7 paid DLC packages. If you're wondering, this is half the price it would cost to buy all DLC pieces individually. So if you sign up, you can grab 4 new cases, 2 detective suits and 1 collectible challenge for that one low price. Said Rockstar Games founder Sam Houser:
"With its blend of real crime influences and noir atmosphere, L.A. Noire contains boundless potential for new stories and new cases. The four new cases are strong standalone stories that sit perfectly alongside the main game."
The DLC train starts today on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live service with The Badge Pursuit Challenge and the Sharpshooter and Broderick detective suits. You can also snag "The Naked City" and "A Slip of the Tongue" today, too. Here's the rest of the scheduled DLC with the intended dates:
- Chicago Lightning Detective Suit (Social Club only) - May 17
- L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass (limited-time discount price) - May 31
- "The Naked City" DLC case - May 31
- "A Slip of The Tongue" DLC case - May 31
- Broderick Detective Suit and Gun - May 31
- Sharpshooter Detective Suit and Gun - May 31
- The Badge Pursuit Challenge - May 31
- Chicago Piano Machine Gun (free community unlock) - May 31
- L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass (standard price) - June 14
- "Nicholson Electroplating Disaster" DLC case - June 21
- "Reefer Madness" DLC case - July 12
This is just one of those games that deserves all the DLC it receives.

one of my lady friends that has a ps3 was on last night playing this. she had rented it from red box but she said she was loving it. dont know if she will buy it but im gonna tell her about this.

I don't think I would want the DLC though as it hasn't quite grabbed me in the way that I thought it would.

while its not as good as i was hoping it to be, ill definitely be downloading more missions!
whenever the PSN decides to come back of course............
first it was a few weeks, then it was end of the month, now its end of the week.
how much do you want to bet at the end of the week it will turn to a few more days?
