Big Amazon Game Sale: Hundreds Of Discounted Titles
See Full ImageAfter F.E.A.R. 3 releases this week, the typical summer drought sets in. Personally, there's nothing I'm even remotely interested in until Deus Ex: Human Revolution, which drops in late August. And yes, we've heard White Knight Chronicles 2 won't make its August 2 launch date; it's now set for September in the US.
Hence, after you finish inFamous 2 - you're playing it, right? - you might experience one of those rare lulls where huge video games aren't hitting store shelves every few weeks. If that's the case, you should definitely look into your backlog; games you've been meaning to play but never got around to. So head over to Amazon.com, where the online retailer is holding a game clearance sale. Supposedly, nearly 1,000 titles are involved in the sale, and you can grab older stuff like Top Spin 3, Wolfenstein, Way of the Samurai 3, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction CE, The Saboteur and more for between $10 and $25. Heck, we even see the great PS2 RPG, Rogue Galaxy, in there for $20. PC gamers can grab the Game of the Year Edition of Guild Wars for the ridiculously low price of $8, and you could also snag MotoGP 09/10 and Dark Void for $20 (each only costs $10).
Search around; there has to be something you can find.

I did spot Motorstorm Arctic Edge for like $9 in there.
But I'd rather have my PSP stuff digital. Saves on the old battery longevity.

This is bogus. Does anyone know anything about it or is it all just speculative?
I'm seriously thinking about importing now. On the flip side though, gives me more time to get back to where I was in the game.

Should I buy Last Rebellion for 20??? Is it worth it?? ... Nevermind I remembered that the review was awful (and double checked it, 3.7), But I don't know why I feel like it's a great game. I'm going to wait until it has a price of 8 bucks or so...

I bought The Saboteur a few months back at wal-mart for $20. I thought it was a newer game than what it actually was, but its pretty decent. Its kind of like GTA in the 40's blowing up and killing Nazi's in the shadows. I stopped playing it to play Infamous in preparation for Infamous 2. Which I've platinummed so I'm probably going to be going back to it pretty soon.

They have terrific prices like this year round though. I bought Rogue Galaxy off there for like $16.99 new a few months ago. I can't imagine not buying my games from there and having to resort to dreaded Gamestop. God I hate that place, I always feel weird setting foot in there.

SO PISSED!
10 days of work, hero playthrough, all but 2 shards, all but 5 dead drops, all side missions, all but 2 powers upgraded, and all my XP down the drain!
im done with playing multiplats on my ps3, im sick to death of this happening!
gotta take my copy of allice madness returns and RFA tomorrow for the 360 versions.
