A "Sony Surprise" Planned For July 15?
Update: It appears this is just a rerun of the episode where they revealed Starhawk. A new episode goes live on July 21, so maybe we'll see something new then.
Original Story:
Yeah, we're not the biggest fan of announcing announcements, either. But news is news. ...or something.
As spotted in the GameTrailers forums, it appears we can expect some sort of "Sony surprise" on GTTV on July 15. They've revealed exclusives this way before, so perhaps it's an all-new game that has yet to see the light of day. Or maybe it relates to the PlayStation Vita; exact North American launch date and price, perhaps...? Then again, there's all this talk about how a Taiwanese manufacturer might be starting production on the PlayStation 4 before the year is out. For the record, we really don't believe that rumor but we're just trying to toss out a few intriguing suggestions. Chances are, it won't have anything to do with a FFVII remake. So don't expect that.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or is this just another "surprise" that is destined to fizzle on the hype meter?

i mean come on there has been so many rumors, screenshots, hell even leaked logos for the game just before E3 this year.
i swear to god if sony does not announce a new syphon filter im gonna go apesh*t!
i cant understand why they have thrown away most of there most popular franchises, and what little they do have left they let rotting in the basement.
new IPs are good and all, but come on we want some of the games that put sony on the map!
they would be no one, they would not even exist today, if it was not for crash bandicoot, syphon filter, RE, the getaway, ape escape, ect ect.
