The Tester Season 3: SCEA Reveals Open Casting Call
If you want to be a participant in the third season of "The Tester," pay attention.
Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA), partnered with 51 Minds Entertainment, has announced the open casting call for Season 3 of the PlayStation Network original competitive reality series, "The Tester." This season, contestants will be going for a production job on an unannounced title for the PlayStation 3. It's with God of War studio Sony Santa Monica.
Season 3 is open for submissions today and encourages gamers from all over the country to "upload photos, videos and short written statements explaining why they deserve a spot on the exclusive reality series." The deadline is September 16 so don't procrastinate. In addition, SCEA will hold a casting contest that lets family, friends and fans vote on cast submissions, which will result in one lucky gamer (the favorite, obviously) joining the cast for Season 3.
If you missed Season 2, it premiered on November 2, 2010. Panelists Brent Gocke (SCEA senior release manager), and Adrienne Curry (gamer and reality TV celebrity), along with other guest panelists, decided that Matthew Brown (aka "Gaymer") should win the contest. He beat out the other 11 contestants and earned himself a position as a game tester in the QA department in SCEA San Diego's studio. He also got a $5,000 signing bonus, a 46" 3D Bravia TV, and a limited edition "The Tester" PlayStation 3.
Visit the show's official site for more info and details. So, will you be the winner in Episode 3...? Or are you just gonna watch?

Gotta get a better paying job to put myself through school though. Unless I find some wicked awesome financial aid or student loan that I don't have to pay a butt load of money back, or into. Gotta start the search though.
