Batman: Arkham CityIf you've got a 3D HDTV, you should know that more and more games are giving you the option of viewing in that extra dimension.
Today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment has confirmed that Batman: Arkham City will be playable in stereoscopic and anaglyphic 3D on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and NVIDIA 3D Vision PCs.
This is one of those games that could really benefit from 3D, as the "breathtaking environments and immersive gameplay" will set this adventure apart from other products. Furthermore, it's almost guaranteed to be one of the best games of the year, and the fall lineup is packed with other top-quality titles (some of which will support 3D as well). The price of 3D viewing has come down over the past couple of years but if you're not interested, this can still be viewed in 3D without the fancy tech.
Batman: Arkham City is scheduled to arrive on October 18 in the US and October 21 in the UK.

The current gen of consoles do their best to produce said effect but when the PS4/XBOXNEXT time comes, we will really apreciate it.

Going to wait untill my flatscreen craps out before i go 3d then i can go back through my catalogue of games and play em with the goggles on starting with KZ3.

less frame rate issues, much less ghosting, more depth, less flicker.
gears 3 is going to be in 3D too which will be interesting.
whos ready for giant worms to come flying out of the TV?
oh that level, i will never forget it!
i mean come on, who else would think up a level where you get eaten by a giant worm and the only way to kill it was to slice its arteries?

really want to get this on PC, but for some stupid reason the steelbook and CE are only on consoles there not offering it on the PC.
same with deus ex human revolution.
