Comedy Central's Ugly Americans Somehow Becomes A Game
It could work. Give it a chance.
If you're familiar with the hell-on-earth cartoon, "Ugly Americans," you're probably wondering how they could turn that into a video game. Well, you'll soon find out, as Comedy Central has announced Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon, which will hit the PlayStation Network on August 30 (it'll be on the Xbox Live Arcade a day later). The game boasts the show's cast of actors, along with a fresh story and new characters designed by the show's creator, Devin Clark. And in regards to gameplay, it's a twin-stick shooter with a top-down perspective, complete with four-player co-op. The only question left is whether or not the concept intrigues you.
If you want to participate in Apocalypsegeddon, you'll be able to grab it for $10. ...could be an entertaining diversion.
