Pre-Order Sony 3D Monitor, Nab Resistance 3
The door swings both ways: use the new 3D Display to promote the 3D software...and vicey versey.
Originally, Sony was going to bundle Resistance 3 in with their new 3D monitor, but the game was later replaced by MotorStorm: Apocalypse. However, if you act now, you can grab both titles when you purchase the high-tech new display.
The monitor won't be on store shelves until November, but if you pre-order it before September 30, you will receive a free copy of Insomniac's highly anticipated shooter, in addition to Apocalypse. By the way, that monitor comes with a pair of 3D glasses and the all-important HDMI cable. It was on display at E3, where Sony showed off the fancy new SimulView tech, which lets two players use the 3D glasses to view different images. So, no need for split-screen anymore.
It's a $500 package but considering what you receive, the price isn't bad. Especially if you pre-order and nab Resistance 3.

Ben, you might want to include how big the screen is when you describe it. Instead of saying 3d monitor, maybe say the 24 inch 3d monitor. I couldn't remember how big it was, so I had to google it. Would be nice if the article said.

...oooohh, maybe not. However this is actually a really good bundle, main reason being that for PC users: you can enjoy 120hz smoothness as well as 3D with PS3, I believe. [Bash me if I'm stating the obvious]. Sound quality looks promising too.

I though, want a little bigger, I play my games in a fairly small room on a 32" screen, which, for my circumstances, is exactly big enough. If I move out of my parents' house within 2 years and settle for a larger student house/room, I'd think 26" won't be nearly big enough to be useful.
Bottom line, I love the tech behind it, just make a bigger version of it (at least 30-40") and I'll look into it.

with 3D size really does matter, the larger the screen the better the effects.
24 inches, you might as well go for a PC monitor and save yourself quite a bit of cash!
stay the f*ck away from alienware though, the AW2310 has the WORST ghosting i have ever seen!
its got some really cool tech but in this size its pointless.
in a 32 or higher ok but 24 is just far too small!
