The cocky blue streak has suffered a series of major setbacks over the years, and we're honestly hoping that Sonic Unleashed can reclaim a sliver of that lost glory. The first next-gen effort was downright abysmal and it seems that ever since Sonic went 3D, everything has fallen apart. There were a few great ones on the Dreamcast, though, so it's not impossible. Unleashed is looking good, and provided Sega comes through on all their claims, we could get one of the biggest surprises of the year. This trailer is certainly encouraging...just fix that formerly awful camera and the screwy controls, and we'll probably be happy. Don't let us down again, guys!
