Okay, so they didn't come through with the Xbox 360 version and the PS2 version was horrendous, but Eden Studios has had plenty of time to fix the PS3 version. It arrives in November, and the changes are so significant, they've gone and renamed the game. It's Alone in the Dark: Inferno now, and it should boast a whole new control scheme, better tutorials, and plenty of new additions to make this a worthy survival/horror experience. Unfortunately, it's going to have to deal with the established greatness of Dead Space in this category, but if this really is a completely overhauled project, it could be excellent. For once, PS3 owners might be rewarded for waiting.
