  It's one of November's less-heralded titles, but action/RPG fans really need to pay attention: Ascaron's Sacred 2: Fallen Angel reminds us a great deal of the now-defunct Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance titles from the last generation. That alone ought to appeal to a great many gamers out there who enjoyed games like Champions of Norrath on the PS2, and here's a great look at some multiplayer gameplay. It's real-time, but we imagine you can pause the action at any time to check your equipment and items, as is usually the case in action/RPGs. It may not hit the same lofty sales plateaus as Resistance 2, but who among us can pass up some good ol' role-playing hack 'n slash fun?
