Here's the second part of that GDC 09 interview with Brutal Legend creator Tim Schafer. Here, Schafer talks about selecting Jack Black as the primary voice talent for the project (it's not about having a "name" on the box), and how they actually started the process by making a multiplayer game. The development ladder consists of many rungs and we're confident that Double Fine can climb that latter successfully. The final result is guaranteed to be something new; something you've never seen before, and that alone should be enough to pique your interest.
