Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - E3 09: Trailer Video

  Most will agree that the glory days of this franchise are in the past, and some of the purists will claim it should've stayed 2D. However, the advancements of the industry simply won't permit that archaic design model to exist anymore - for better or for worse - and we earnestly hope Castlevania: Lords of Shadow will be the first fantastic 3D title in the series. This is the trailer that debuted during E3 and as you can see, it has plenty of voiceover talent leading the charge, not to mention the kick-ass gameplay. It reminds us very much of God of War and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. It may be a ways off, but Lords of Shadow falls under the category of, "oh please be great!"
